FAQ

Can I add a self-defence workshop to my group’s first aid booking?

Yes, this is a popular option. Contact us to discuss how we can best support your group.

Can people with mobility issues attend a self-defence class?

We welcome everyone and make accommodations whenever we can. While some techniques may not be suitable for some, everyone benefits by learning key strategies in staying safe.

How many people to a group?

For first aid classes, we can accommodate groups of 12 to 36 people.

Do I need special equipment?

We provide all the gear. You will need a space large enough to accommodate your group. We encourage comfortable clothing.

Are certificates provided?

Yes, the Canadian Red Cross issues certificates upon successful completion of any first aid course.

Where do you travel to?

We travel anywhere in Manitoba and neighbouring areas. Please contact us if you are located outside Manitoba.

How do I know if I need Emergency or Standard First Aid?

The right course depends on your employer’s requirements. Emergency First Aid (1-day course) is a good choice for basic, low-risk environments. Standard First Aid (2-day course) is better suited if you work in higher-risk settings, remote or rural locations, or need more comprehensive training.
